Job Title: Registered Nurse

Location: Glynco, GA

We seek compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care to patients. The RN will be responsible for assessing patient needs, delivering emergency interventions, and coordinating care to ensure optimal outcomes in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to social services, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and other service providers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Perform rapid assessments of incoming patients to determine urgency and prioritize care.

· Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions as prescribed

· Monitor patient vital signs and observe changes in condition

· Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans

· Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in electronic health records

· Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families during stressful situations

· Ensure compliance with program policies and procedures, including safeguarding sensitive information

· Respond effectively to emergencies, including blue code and trauma cases

· Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff

· Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities

Qualifications:

· One (1) year of healthcare field experience, including urgent care, within the last three (3) years.

· Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license

· Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required

· Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)

· DEA Registration

· Must be able to obtain security clearance to access the work site

· U.S. Citizen

Skills

· Previous experience in the Emergency Department or critical care setting preferred

· Excellent clinical assessment skills, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Proficiency with computers, common office equipment, and MS Office products required

· Must be able to perform duties in a stressful and high-paced environment

· Ability to adapt to sudden changes and flexibility in work requirements to include potential shift changes based on operational needs and/or command priorities

Compensation

Rate: $37/hr.

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, excluding Federal Holidays – 6:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
