Faulkton Area Medical Center is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to join our team full-time. This position offers variable 12-hour shifts 3 times per week, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Pay differentials for nights/weekends included.

$10,000 SIGN ON BONUS UP TO $20,000 MORE THROUGH RETENTION PROGRAMS

Key Responsibilities:

Perform timely and accurate patient assessments and documentation. ​

Administer medications and treatments safely and efficiently. ​

Supervise and assist nursing assistants. ​

Maintain compliance with infection control and safety standards. ​

Participate in patient care planning and staff meetings.

Qualifications: ​

Current SD Registered Nurse licensure required. ​

New nurses encouraged to apply.

Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years experience in acute patient care/swingbed/emergency room.

Strong technical, assessment, and documentation skills. ​

Excellent communication and organizational abilities. ​

Ability to work in a fast-paced, emotionally demanding environment. ​

Physical Demands: ​

Ability to work up to 12-hour shifts with frequent standing, walking, lifting, bending, and reaching. ​

Work Environment: ​

Indoor, safety-sensitive, requiring physical presence on-site.
