About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse Field Supervisor at Bellview Hospice Care Inc, you will play a crucial role in leading our dedicated nursing team in providing compassionate end-of-life care. Join us in making a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and their families in San Bernardino, CA.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and support nursing staff in delivering high-quality patient care.

Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of patient care plans.

Ensure compliance with hospice regulations and standards.

Provide training and mentorship to nursing staff to enhance their skills.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.

Manage patient admissions and discharges effectively.

Maintain accurate documentation and records of patient care.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.

Requirements:

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in California.

Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in hospice or home health.

Previous supervisory or leadership experience is highly desired.

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work independently and manage a diverse team.

Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to patient-centered care.

Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation.
