Key Responsibilities

• Perform occupational therapy evaluations and treatments

• Develop individualized treatment plans

• Support mobility, safety, and independence

• Provide therapy across multiple senior care settings

• Maintain a resident-focused therapy environment

Qualifications

• Active Maryland OT License

• Geriatric or senior care experience preferred

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Patient-centered clinical approach

Compliance Requirements

• Two-step PPD or TB test (within 30 days)

• Current CPR Certification (AHA or Red Cross)

• COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption

• Background check & fingerprinting

• Updated resume

• Physical examination clearance
