RN Charge Nurse
Job Summary:
At Hagerstown Healthcare Nursing and Rehab we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN Charge Nurse to join our team. As a valued member of our nursing staff, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care while leading by example and supporting your colleagues.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care , utilizing your clinical expertise and knowledge to deliver individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, adhering to regulatory standards and hospital policies
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to ongoing evaluation and improvement of patient care processes
- Requirements
- Must possess a current license as an RN in the state of Maryland
- 6-12 months of clinical experience, with Long Term Care experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate nursing staff

Evening $2.50
Night $3.00
Weekend:
Day $4.00
Evening $6.50
Night $7.00
