ARIN HOME HEALTHCARE SERVICES LLC is looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our home health team in Columbus, OH. Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans for home health patients
Administer medications, wound care, IV therapy, and other skilled nursing treatments in the home setting
Monitor and evaluate patient health status, documenting changes and communicating with the care team
Educate patients and family members on disease management, medications, and self-care techniques
Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with Medicare/Medicaid and agency standards
Participate in care conferences and contribute to discharge planning and goal setting
Requirements:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio
Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience; home health experience preferred
Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid home health regulations and OASIS documentation
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for home visits throughout Columbus, OH
Excellent clinical assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
CPR/BLS certification required
