Preferred Home Care of Florida, a Medicare Home Health Agency, is hiring Full-Time Registered Nurses to service the Palm Beach county area.

Requirements:

Must have an active Florida State RN License

3+ years of experience working as an RN

Home Health experience a HUGE PLUS

RNs must have OASIS Assessment Experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge and understanding of Home Health policies and procedures

Axxess Home Health EHR experience would be great.
