Job Title: Registered Nurse – Hospice Home Health
Location: Lawrence, MA
Rate: Up to $2,200 Gross Weekly + benefits available from day 1
Shift: Days, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday
Contract: 13 weeks
Hours: 40 hours/week
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of recent hospice experience
- Recent hospice experience required; first-time travelers not accepted
- Active, unencumbered Massachusetts RN license
- Reliable transportation for home visits
- Current driver’s license
- Ability to travel between patient homes
Certifications:
Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled hospice nursing care in patients’ homes according to physician orders and care plans
- Assess patients and provide appropriate nursing interventions
- Complete hospice visits, including Start of Care and follow-up visits
- Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the appropriate care team
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team
