Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and medication administration.

Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Monitor patient progress and document changes in health status accurately.

Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.

Assist with the coordination of care and discharge planning.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Participate in staff meetings and continuous education programs.

Maintain a safe and clean working environment for patients and staff.

Requirements:

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Maryland.

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate's degree considered.

Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a clinical setting.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to patient-centered care.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
