Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery

Location: Concord, MA
Rate: Up to $3700.00 Gross Weekly + benefits available from day 1

Shifts Available:

• 4x12-Hour Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Contract: 13-Week Contract | Local & Travel Accepted
Hours: 48 per week

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of Labor & Delivery RN experience
• Previous travel experience required
• Active, unencumbered Massachusetts RN license
• Must be available to work every other weekend

Certifications:

• AHA BLS
• AHA ACLS
• NRP Certification
• Fetal Monitoring Certification

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to labor and delivery patients throughout the childbirth process
• Care for patients in labor, triage, and postpartum settings as needed
• Monitor maternal and fetal status using appropriate assessments and fetal monitoring
• Assist with deliveries and operating room procedures
• Provide patient and family education and support
• Administer medications and treatments safely
• Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Float to postpartum when needed to support patient care
• Provide charge nurse responsibilities with support from the Clinical Resource Nurse
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow patient safety protocols
• Support care delivery within an 8-bed unit including 6 triage beds and 2 operating rooms
