Job Title: RN – Labor and Delivery

Location: Methuen, MA

Shift/Schedule: 12-Hour Nights

Hours: 36 hours/week

Start Date: 04/14/2026
End Date: 07/11/2026

Department: Maternity

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in Labor & Delivery, Post-Partum, Nursery, and Special Care Nursery
• Monitor maternal and neonatal status during labor, delivery, and postpartum periods
• Assist with high-risk obstetric procedures and emergency situations
• Administer medications and provide patient education
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe delivery outcomes
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and follow hospital protocols

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery nursing experience
• Experience in Post-Partum, Nursery, and Special Care Nursery required
• First-time travelers not accepted
• Local candidates within 50 miles considered for local rate
• Travel experience not required

Certifications:

• BLS required
• ACLS required

Additional Skills:

• Ability to work night shifts and take call (8 hours/month in 4-hour blocks; weekend call 24 hours; weekday call 11pm–7am)
• Experience with high-acuity maternity patients
