Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery

Location: Worcester, MA
Rate: Up to $2300.00 Gross Weekly + benefits available from day 1

Shift: 12-Hour Nights | 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM (3 Shifts/Week)

Contract: 13-Week Contract | Local & Travel Accepted
Hours: 36 per week

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of Labor & Delivery RN experience preferred
• Will consider 1–2+ years of L&D experience with travel experience
• Active Massachusetts RN license
• Epic experience required
• Must have experience working in Labor & Delivery and Postpartum
• Must be comfortable working in a maternity float pool setting

Certifications:

• AWHONN Intermediate or higher required
• AHA BLS
• NRP

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to laboring, antepartum, and postpartum patients
• Manage labor and delivery patients including high-risk deliveries and complications
• Perform fetal monitoring and recognize abnormal fetal heart rate patterns
• Provide postpartum care including fundus, lochia, perineum, and wound assessments
• Assist with neonatal care including APGAR scoring, newborn identification, and thermoregulation
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to provide safe patient care
