At New England Food Allergy, we're more than just a medical practice, we're a close-knit team that genuinely enjoys working together and supporting one another. As a small, family-oriented specialty practice, we pride ourselves on creating a positive, collaborative workplace where every team member is valued and appreciated.
We understand the importance of work-life balance, which is why we offer flexible scheduling and strive to accommodate the needs of our staff whenever possible. Our team enjoys a supportive environment where open communication, mutual respect, and teamwork are at the heart of everything we do.
Beyond patient care, we believe work should be enjoyable. We regularly celebrate milestones, organize team outings, and create opportunities to connect outside the office. Whether it's a staff lunch, seasonal event, or team-building activity, we enjoy recognizing the hard work of our employees and fostering a culture that feels welcoming and fun.
Our mission is to provide exceptional care to patients and families living with food allergies, and we're looking for compassionate nurses who share our commitment to making a meaningful difference.
