MEDICAL SURGICAL

Job Title: RN – Medical Surgical / Psych

Rate: Up to $2375.00 weekly

Location: Rochester, NY

Rotating Shift (12H)

Key Responsibilities

• Assessing and monitoring patient health conditions.
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Creating and implementing individualized patient care plans.
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to plan and evaluate patient care.
• Educating patients and their families about health conditions and post-discharge care.
• Assist with diagnostic tests, provide pre- and post-operative care, and monitor vital signs.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.

Experience

• Prefer a minimum of one (1) year clinic experience
• Recent Med/Surg experience
• Telemetry Experience
• Psychology Experience Required

Licenses/Certifications

• Have and maintain current licensure as a Licensed Registered Nurse within the state of employment. (NY License ONLY).
• Must be able to obtain and maintain CPR certification.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (AHA ONLY)
• Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) Certification
