Company: Mildred’s Helping Hands Location: Indianapolis, IN

Position Type: Contract, PRN

Mildred’s Helping Hands is expanding into Home Health Services and is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to support clinical operations, client assessments, and DON for our Home Health Agency

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct initial home assessments and complete OASIS assessments

Perform client reassessments every 55 days

Supervise and provide clinical oversight to Home Health Aides and LPNs

Support the development of care plans and compliance documentation

Participate in survey readiness and agency licensing process as needed

Compensation:

OASIS Assessments: $85–$125 per visit

Supervisory Visits: $60–$90 per visit

Director of Nursing: $35–$70/hour or (flat rate option)

Mileage reimbursement available if travel is required

Requirements:

Active RN license in Indiana (minimum of 2 years)

Experience with home health or willing to train

Strong communication and organizational skills

Familiarity with OASIS and state documentation requirements is a plus
