Position Summary
nDuko Health is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care across our partner long-term care and post-acute facilities. The RN will deliver clinical care, administer medications, supervise staff as assigned, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to residents/patients

• Monitor patient conditions and implement care plans

• Administer and document medications and treatments as ordered

• Communicate with physicians, care teams, residents, and families

• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Respond to emergencies and perform CPR as needed

• Maintain regular and punctual attendance for assigned shifts

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program (BSN preferred)

• Active RN license in the state of employment

• Current CPR certification

• Long-term care or post-acute experience preferred
