Job Title: RN – NICU (Level IV) Location: Seattle, Washington Employment Type: Full-Time | Onsite Schedule: 36 hours/week | 12-hour Night Shifts

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced NICU Registered Nurses to provide specialized care to critically ill and high-acuity neonatal patients in a Level IV NICU. The RN will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to deliver safe, evidence-based, and patient- and family-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to neonatal patients in a high-acuity Level IV NICU.

Assess, monitor, document, and evaluate patient conditions and individualized care plans.

Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.

Advocate for patients and families and provide education and support.

Maintain a strong focus on patient safety, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice.

Demonstrate strong clinical judgment, prioritization, and critical-care nursing skills.

Required Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

Minimum 1 full year of post-graduation NICU experience as a Registered Nurse – required.

Washington RN License – required upon hire.

BLS (AHA) – required upon hire.

NRP (AAP) – required upon hire.
