    About the Role

    As a ** Clinic Registered Nurse** , you will provide specialized nursing care in an ambulatory cardiology setting, performing telephone triage, patient education, lab result reviews, and assisting with in-clinic procedures, including IV Lasix administration. This role is essential in ensuring efficient and compassionate care for heart failure patients.

    Your Day-to-Day Work

    • Conduct nurse telephone triage , providing clinical guidance to patients.
    • Educate patients and families on heart failure management, medications, and disease progression.
    • Manage and administer IV Lasix therapy in the clinic.
    • Review lab results and follow up with patients as needed.
    • Coordinate care and referrals to other specialties, including general cardiology, electrophysiology, and community resources.
    • Assist in emergency situations within the clinic.
    • Collaborate closely with medical assistants, schedulers, and providers to support patient care.
    • Maintain compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations.

    What You'll Need to Succeed

    Qualifications

    • Current Washington State RN license required
    • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; associate degree considered with additional experience
    • Master's degree in Nursing is a plus
    • 3–5 years of clinical experience , preferably with cardiac or heart failure patients
    • Knowledge of GDMT and heart failure case management
    • Strong interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills
    • Passion for patient-centered care and health education

    Work Environment

    • Location: 14408 E Sprague Ave, Spokane Valley, WA 99216
    • Schedule: Monday–Friday | Temporary Assignment
    • Environment: In-office, clinical setting
