Role Overview
As a Registered Nurse, you will provide compassionate, quality patient care by utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will lead the coordination of care, delegate tasks, supervise staff, and educate patients and families. Your role is critical in ensuring effective communication within the healthcare team and implementing solutions to meet patient goals.

What You Will Do
- Provide compassionate and quality patient care using the nursing process.
- Coordinate, delegate, and supervise nursing care and patient education.
- Communicate pertinent patient/family information to the healthcare team.
- Participate in finding and implementing solutions for variances from patient goals.
- Document care and teaching of patients and families effectively.

Qualifications

What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
- Health care provider certification (BCLS).
- Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities to formulate effective nursing care plans.
- Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services.
- Effective communication skills with patients, families, and hospital personnel.
Preferred Qualifications
- BSN preferred.
