Job Title: RN – Operating Room

Rate: Up to $2450.00 weekly

Location: Worcester MA

Qualifications & Requirements

Education
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.

Experience
2 years in OR required

Skill Requirements:
Must have scrub experience to get submitted.
Must be able to circulate and scrub in the following specialty areas: Transplant, Liver and Kidney, Endo, vascular, Vascular emergencies, Neuro, Trauma, MVA, Gunshot and stabbings etc., Circulate hearts, General surgery, Pedi, and Micro.

Licenses/Certifications
Current licensure in the state of Massachusetts.
AHA BLS certification required.
Any other required certifications.

Key Responsibilities
• Ensure compliance with state guidelines and policies and identify potential issues and propose corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records and statistics, including staffing levels, inventory, and patient care.
• Maintain a professional and high standard of patient care and attend institutional staff meetings as directed.
