Position Overview: As a Full-time PACU RN, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the postoperative recovery and well-being of our patients. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining the highest standards of care in our multispecialty surgery center.

Responsibilities:

• Provide post-anesthesia care to patients recovering from various surgical procedures.
• Monitor vital signs, assess pain levels, and ensure patients are stable before discharge.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to coordinate safe and effective patient transitions.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Educate patients and their families on postoperative care instructions.
• Uphold infection control and safety standards.

Required Skills

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of TN.
• Minimum of three years of PACU or critical care nursing experience.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
