Who We Are FirstLight Home Care – NW Atlanta is opening a new office in the Sandy Springs area, serving clients in Buckhead, Sandy Springs, Brookhaven and Dunwoody. We specialize in providing compassionate, non-medical in-home care that helps seniors and adults live with dignity, safety, and independence.

Our Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) support a wide variety of clients—including those living with dementia or Alzheimer’s, stroke survivors, rehab patients, hospice at home, post-surgery recovery, and individuals who are wheelchair or bed-bound. Care ranges from bathing and hygiene, dressing, grooming, and incontinence care to meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, companionship, and monitoring.

What We’re Looking For? We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to support our growing team. This role is ideal for a nurse who values autonomy, flexible hours, and the chance to make a real difference in the lives of families in our community.

What You’ll Do

Perform Caregiver Skill Competency Evaluations to ensure high standards of care.

Conduct client nursing assessments, including safety and fall risk evaluations.

Create personalized Service Plans that guide daily and weekly client care.

Complete supervisory visits to support caregivers and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Active Georgia RN license in good standing.

A minimum of one years’ experience in-home care experience.

Must maintain current driver’s license and auto insurance.

Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills.

Commitment to compassionate, client-centered care.
