Responsibilities:
Provide direct, high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients in a home care setting
Assess, monitor, and document patient health status, progress, and changes in condition
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the physician
Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each pediatric patient's needs
Educate families and caregivers on patient care, safety, and treatment protocols
Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and care team members to ensure continuity of care
Respond promptly and professionally to patient and family concerns or emergencies
Requirements:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida
Prior pediatric nursing experience required (home health experience a plus)
Current CPR/BLS certification
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and families
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Compassionate, patient, and adaptable demeanor in a one-on-one care environment
