    Job Title: Registered Nurse – Pediatrics

    Location: Lawrence MA
    Employment Type: 13 week contract
    Shift: 12 Hour Nights

    Pay Rate: up to $2750 weekly + benefits from day 1!

    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Pediatrics team. The Pediatric RN provides patient-centered nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents while collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams to promote optimal health outcomes.

    Qualifications:

    • Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN required; BSN preferred)

    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts

    • BLS certification required

    • PALS certification required or must be obtained within [X] months

    • Pediatric nursing experience preferred (new graduates considered based on training)

    Physical Requirements:

    • Lift and reposition pediatric patients and equipment as needed

    • Ability to wear required PPE and comply with safety protocols

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients across varying acuity levels

    • Assess, monitor, and document patients’ physical and emotional status

    • Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments as prescribed

    • Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and healthcare team members

    • Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and home care

    • Monitor for changes in patient condition and respond appropriately

    • Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR

    • Adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control practices

    • Provide age-appropriate, family-centered care
