  • Responsibilities

    We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the comfort of their homes. You will be responsible for assessing patients’ health, developing individualized care plans, administering treatments, and ensuring continuity of care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities: • Work with patients and their families to provide individualized care as specified by the physician's orders and care plan • Evaluate the health status of patients in order to give appropriate nursing care • Implement appropriate treatments and medications to ensure timely recovery • Monitor the healing process of patients and adjust care accordingly • Monitor patients’ medications and their reactions as per the doctor's orders • Provide emotional support and advocate for patient rights • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best patient care Qualifications: • Associate's degree or higher in nursing • Currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing • Two years of nursing experience preferred • Must have a positive attitude and acceptance of the philosophy and goals of Home Care Wellness LLC • Must possess the ability to exercise independence and initiative • At least one year of experience as a nurse is necessary Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 yearly
