    We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with a strong background in behavioral health and mental health to join our growing team.     Key Responsibilities:

    Assist in the initial intake and discharge planning for patients.

    Deliver exceptional nursing care to individuals with mental health and behavioral health needs.

    Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

    Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and adherence to protocols.

    Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting care plans as necessary.

    Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.

    Collaborate with therapists, counselors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.

    Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations and organizational policies.

    Qualifications:

    Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of FLORIDA.

    2+ years of experience in behavioral health or mental health nursing.

    Strong understanding of mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and therapeutic interventions.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

    Empathy, patience, and a commitment to patient-centered care.

    Preferred Experience:

    Experience in crisis intervention or working with individuals in recovery.

    Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems (KIPU).

    Certification in Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing (PMHN) is a plus.
