    Position Overview: Registered Nurse (RN)

    We’re looking for an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team. This role blends clinical expertise with human connection, ensuring our clients receive safe, personalized, and high-quality care in the comfort of their homes.

    As a Caregivers Unlimited RN, you’ll play a vital role in assessing client needs, developing individualized care plans, supporting caregivers, and ensuring compliance with state standards. You’ll collaborate closely with our care operations team to maintain the highest levels of service and satisfaction for both clients and their families.

    Key Responsibilities

    · Conduct in-home assessments for new clients and develop tailored care plans

    · Perform supervisory visits and update care plans as needed

    · Provide coaching, education, and guidance to caregivers to promote excellence in care

    · Lead annual in-service trainings and maintain caregiver certification records

    · Ensure documentation accuracy for assessments, visits, and communications

    · Partner with the operations team to support scheduling, follow-ups, and client care continuity

    · Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients, families, and referral partners

    · Participate in community outreach and marketing initiatives to strengthen relationships

    Qualifications

    · Active RN license in good standing with the South Carolina Board of Nursing

    · Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (home care or community health preferred)

    · Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills

    · Compassionate, dependable, and committed to quality care

    · BLS Certification required

    · Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
