Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Madison, Wisconsin

Rate: Up to $2225.00 weekly + benefits from day 1

Shift: Nights (8-Hour Shifts)

Contract: 13-Week Contract

Qualifications & Requirements

Education
• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.

Experience
• Preferred minimum of one (1) year of clinical experience.

Licenses/Certifications
• Current and active RN license in the state of Wisconsin.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain CPR certification.

Key Responsibilities
• Assess patients and assist in developing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Administer medications, obtain diagnostic tests, and assist with medical and minor surgical procedures as needed.
• Count and monitor controlled substances in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
• Document patient encounters accurately using SOAP charting and maintain complete medical records.
• Communicate patient information and status updates to nursing staff, providers, and supervisory personnel.
• Participate in required staff meetings, training, and continuing education activities.
• Deliver patient education and nursing care while ensuring compliance with established clinical protocols and standards.
