Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $32.61 – $49.28 per hour

• Night Shift Differential: +$4.00/hour

• Weekend Differential: +$3.25/hour

• Sign-On Bonus:

  • New Grads: Up to $12,500

  • 1+ Year Experience: Up to $20,000

• Relocation Bonus: Available (case-by-case)

Position Summary

The Registered Nurse provides high-quality patient care by assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams. The RN supports patients and families throughout the care process while ensuring safety, compassion, and clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement patient care plans

• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure optimal outcomes

• Provide emotional and educational support to patients and families

• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation

• Follow nursing best practices and patient safety standards

Requirements

• Current RN License (Illinois or Michigan)

• BLS Certification from the American Heart Association (required before start)

• Ability to pass a full-panel negative drug screen

Preferred Qualifications

• BSN Degree

• Prior RN experience in a healthcare environment

• Basic proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Microsoft applications
