We’re hiring a Registered Nurse Director in Lowell, Massachusetts who wants leadership impact, operational influence, and strong compensation in a stable Monday–Friday schedule.

You’ll step into a clinical leadership role overseeing Pediatric and OB/GYN services. You’ll guide daily operations, supervise a 42-person team, improve workflows, manage budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance.
