Registered Nurse (RN) – 12-Hour Night Shifts Location: Reseda, California Shift Type: 12-Hour Nights Pay Rate: $58 - $62 per hour (W2)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team in Reseda, CA. This role involves working 12-hour night shifts, providing high-quality nursing care to patients in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

As an RN, you will be responsible for delivering direct patient care, monitoring health conditions, administering medications, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and supporting patients and their families through the care process.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

Monitor patient progress and record observations in medical records.

Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Respond to emergencies with appropriate interventions.

Educate patients and their families on health management and post-discharge care.

Ensure a safe and clean working environment in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications:

Current and valid California RN license (required)

Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in an acute care or similar setting preferred

BLS/CPR certification (ACLS preferred depending on unit)

Excellent communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-demand environment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient-centered care

Shift Details:

Schedule: 12-Hour Night Shifts (typically 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
