Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Gameday Men's Health Roanoke

Location: Roanoke, VA

Employment Type: Part Time/Full Time

Compensation: $35–$40 per hour, based on experience About Us:

Our team is passionate about empowering men to take charge of their health and live life at full capacity. Position Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our men’s health team. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic clinical environment. A strong interest in lifestyle medicine and men's health is highly desired. Primary Responsibilities:

Administer testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) injections

Perform patient education and lifestyle counseling

Conduct follow-up phone calls regarding lab results and ongoing care

Perform in-office blood draws and manage lab workflows

Administer shockwave therapy for ED and other indications

Maintain on-site lab inventory and compliance

Assist with patient flow and other clinical duties as needed

Support providers with documentation and coordination of care

Requirements:

Current and active RN license in Virginia

Strong venipuncture skills and clinical experience

Excellent communication and patient rapport-building abilities

Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced clinic setting

Passion for men’s health and wellness

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in hormone therapy, urology, or lifestyle medicine

Familiarity with functional medicine or holistic health approaches
