Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage home health nursing services to ensure high-quality patient care.

Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary for effective treatment.

Requirements:

Current RN license in the state of Indiana.

Oasis Experience Highly Preferred

Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in home health or community health.

Strong leadership and management skills with a focus on patient-centered care.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and families.

Ability to work independently and make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices in home health.

CPR and First Aid certification required.

Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) and documentation systems.
