We are seeking highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Hospital at Home Program team. We work together with physicians and other healthcare system partners to provide patients with hospital level care in the comfort of their own home. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical-surgical nursing, proficiency in performing blood draws and IV placement, expertise in medication management, and excellent communication skills to liaise with physicians effectively. This job has many alternative schedule opportunities to support your work life balance and passion for nursing.

Competitive Pay at $60-62 per hour for this assignment

4 hour block in AM (range 7am to 11am)

4 hour block in PM (range 5pm to 9pm)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients enrolled in the Hospital at Home Program

• Perform blood draws and IV placements with precision and care

• Manage medications for patients according to prescribed regimens

• Communicate effectively with physicians to ensure coordinated patient care

• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely

Requirements:

Active RN license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Must have BLS CPR Certification

Proficient in blood draws and IV placement

Previous experience in a home health or acute care setting is advantageous.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
