As a Licensed Practical Nurse/Registered nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering direct patient care, educating patients and their families on various aspects of care, and contributing to the development and evaluation of care plans.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing services to patients in accordance with established care plans.
• Educate patients and families on the patient's care, disease processes, and medications.
• Administer nursing care following prescribed protocols.
• Contribute to the development, implementation, and assessment of individualized care plans.
• Report and document patient conditions, including any signs or symptoms indicating changes in health status.
• Prepare detailed clinical progress notes for each day of care provided.
• Adhere to industry standards and best practices in nursing care.

Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid LPN/RN license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
