Job Summary

We are seeking a Registered Nurse/LPN to join our team. In this role, you will primarily be creating and managing a plan of care for individual patients. You operate with great attention to detail and compassion. You are able to observe and communicate effectively in your patient's best interest. To succeed, you should have demonstrated knowledge and skill in current nursing practices as well as a strong penchant for solving problems.

Hours Monday-Thursday 12 hr night shift 8pm-8am Must work every other weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) night shift 8pm-8am.

Location: Savage MN, 55378 Must be willing and able to drive to Scott County MN.

Responsibilities

Work with both respiratory trach and ventilator and non-respiratory patients in the 1:1 private home setting

Providing high-quality patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards.

Conducting thorough patient assessments and documenting medical histories.

Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.

Assisting with critical care tasks, including airway management and acute pain management.

Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes in patient conditions.

Educating patients and families on health management and medication administration.

Qualifications

Currently a licensed Registered Nurse (RN)/ LPN in Minnesota
