Pay: LPN $35–$45/hour | RN $45–$55/hour (DOE) PRN | Flexible Scheduling | In-Home Visits

We are seeking compassionate and dependable RNs and LPNs to join our growing team on a PRN basis. This position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to provide meaningful, one-on-one care to clients in their homes throughout the Salem area.

Responsibilities

Conduct in-home nursing visits and client assessments (RN responsibilities based on licensure)

Monitor client health status and report changes in condition

Provide skilled nursing services within scope of practice

Assist with medication management and client education

Collaborate with caregivers, families, physicians, and the clinical team

Support development and implementation of individualized care plans

Complete accurate and timely documentation

Promote client safety, independence, and quality of life

Qualifications

Current, unrestricted Oregon RN or LPN license

Home health, hospice, long-term care, assisted living, or acute care experience preferred

Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills

Current CPR certification

Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation

Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
