Are you a Registered Nurse who enjoys teaching, mentoring, and making a real difference behind the scenes? Join our team and play a key role in preparing caregivers to deliver safe, compassionate, and high-quality care.

What You’ll Do:

Lead engaging onboarding sessions for newly hired caregivers

Provide hands-on training, guidance, and ongoing support

Educate caregivers on care standards, policies, and best practices

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for caregivers

Schedule & Location:

Every Tuesdays only

10:00 AM – 12:00 PM

In-person at our Bethesda office

What We’re Looking For:

Active RN license

Strong communication and presentation skills

Passion for teaching, coaching, and leadership

Experience in home care or caregiver training is a plus
