Mary Francis Home Care is seeking a compassionate, dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a part‑time basis. This role is ideal for an RN who values flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful one‑on‑one client care. We are willing to train the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Perform in‑home nursing assessments and reassessments

Develop and update individualized care plans

Complete nursing delegations for caregivers in accordance with Oregon regulations

Provide ongoing delegation oversight, including training, competency checks, and follow‑up visits

Provide clinical guidance and support to caregivers

Communicate with clients, families, and healthcare providers

Monitor changes in condition and recommend appropriate interventions

Maintain accurate, timely documentation

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Active Oregon RN license (required)

Experience in home care, long‑term care, or community health preferred

Strong assessment and communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Professional, compassionate, and reliable
