    Job Summary

We are seeking a clinically skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our family‑owned home health and hospice organization on a per‑diem or part‑time basis, with the opportunity to transition into a full‑time role. The RN is responsible for providing skilled nursing services to patients in their place of residence, in accordance with physician orders, individualized plans of care, and regulatory standards.

This role includes the comprehensive assessment of patient needs, development and management of individualized plans of care, and coordination with the interdisciplinary care team to promote optimal patient outcomes. Accurate clinical documentation, compliance with state and federal regulations, and adherence to professional nursing standards are essential components of this role.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills, along with the ability to work independently in a home‑based environment. Experience in home health or hospice nursing is preferred.

As a family‑owned organization, we value a collaborative, respectful, and supportive work culture where clinicians are appreciated and empowered to provide high‑quality, patient‑centered care. This per‑diem/part‑time position offers flexible scheduling, meaningful work, and the potential for expanded hours and growth into a full‑time role.
