Job Description: The Southern Touch Home Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with a strong background in pediatrics to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to infants, children, and adolescents in a home care setting while supporting their families.

Responsibilities:

Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Monitor patient conditions and document changes accurately

Educate families on care plans, medications, and daily health needs

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams

Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment for patients

Qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing (Georgia)

Minimum of 1–2 years of pediatric nursing experience preferred

Home care experience is a plus

Strong clinical and assessment skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Current BLS/CPR certification (PALS preferred)
