    Job Title: Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) Location: Pasadena, CA (Surrounding areas) Job Type: Per-diem

    Position Overview

    We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) with strong vascular access experience to provide high-quality infusion therapy in home health and/or outpatient settings. This is a per-diem position which has the luxury to choose the cases you'd like to accept with us.

    Key Responsibilities

    Administer infusion therapies, including IV antibiotics, IVIG, TPN, hydration, and specialty medications

    Perform and manage enteral feedings, including G-tube care and maintenance

    Start and maintain vascular access lines, including PIV, PICC lines, and Port-a-Cath devices

    Monitor patients for adverse reactions and respond appropriately

    Educate patients and caregivers on infusion therapies and equipment use

    Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

    Collaborate with pharmacists, and care teams to ensure safe and effective treatment plans

    Ensure compliance with all California nursing regulations and agency protocols

    Minimum Requirements (California)

    Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of California (in good standing)

    Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (from American Heart Association or equivalent)

    Minimum 1–2 years of recent nursing experience

    Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation (for home health roles)

    Required Experience

    Hands-on experience with:

    IV antibiotics and infusion therapy

    IVIG (Intravenous Immunoglobulin)

    TPN (Total Parenteral Nutrition)

    Enteral nutrition / G-tube care

    Proficiency in vascular access:

    Peripheral IV (PIV) insertion

    PICC line care and maintenance

    Port-a-Cath access and management

    Preferred Qualifications

    Experience in home health, infusion clinics, or acute care settings

    Certification in infusion nursing (e.g., CRNI)

    Strong patient education and communication skills

    Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
