Your Role:

• Deliver high-quality patient care by completing the full nursing process
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Monitor and document resident conditions and progress using EMR systems
• Provide education and emotional support to residents and families
• Supervise and support CNA team members, ensuring quality care and accurate documentation
• Communicate effectively through shift reports and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations

Qualifications:

• Active New York RN License
• CPR Certification required
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehab, or hospital setting preferred
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
• Team-oriented with a commitment to excellent patient care
