Job Type: Full-Time (42 Hours/Week)

Schedule:

Monday – Friday: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Saturday – Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality skilled nursing services. The RN will be responsible for delivering patient-centered care, performing clinical assessments, administering treatments, and ensuring compliance with care plans and medical orders.

Responsibilities:

Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders and care plans

Perform patient assessments and monitor health status

Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately

Document care provided and maintain accurate patient records

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

Ensure compliance with all nursing standards, policies, and regulations

Requirements:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license

Experience in Skilled Nursing required

Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reliable, compassionate, and professional demeanor
