Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) who is a Board Approved Supervisor to support our Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). This role is designed for a highly experienced professional who can provide clinical oversight, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and support the delivery of high-quality care.
This is a low-commitment, high-impact opportunity ideal for a licensed RN with supervisory credentials who is looking to contribute expertise on a flexible, monthly basis for 8 hours.
Responsibilities
Provide clinical supervision in accordance with board and regulatory requirements
Review and ensure compliance of clinical documentation and medical records
Support quality assurance and program integrity initiatives
Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to maintain best practices in patient care
Provide guidance on medical and behavioral health integration within the IOP setting
Ensure adherence to all applicable state, federal, and accreditation standards
Qualifications
Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of employment
Previous experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred
Excellent interpersonal and client care skills
First aid/CPR certification required
