Position Overview

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) who is passionate about women’s health and thrives in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. This role offers flexible scheduling with a guaranteed minimum of 20 hours per week, making it a great fit for professionals seeking work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct pre-operative assessments and prepare patients for procedures, including abortions.

Provide compassionate post-operative care, including discharge instructions and emotional support.

Start and manage IV lines in coordination with Medical Assistants (MAs) to ensure smooth patient care.

Handle emergency situations professionally and calmly.

Contribute to a supportive and collaborative team environment to maintain high standards of care.

Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois.

Strong compassion and empathy for patients, ensuring dignity and respect.

Teamwork-oriented mindset with excellent listening and communication skills.

Experience in emergency clinical care is a plus but not required.

Flexibility to work Saturdays and adapt to clinic needs.
