We provide skilled nursing and home health services that empower clients to live safely and independently in their homes. Responsibilities:

Conduct initial and ongoing client assessments.

Develop and update individualized care plans.

Supervise and delegate tasks to LPNs and aides.

Ensure compliance with COMAR and agency standards.

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Qualifications:

Active Maryland RN license.

1+ year of nursing experience (home health preferred).

Current CPR/First Aid certification.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

$45 – $55/hr (approx. $94,000 – $115,000 annually)
