****Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. This role is focused on delivering high-quality nursing care in a long-term care setting, with specific responsibilities in our respiratory care program. The ideal candidate will be experienced, detail-oriented, and committed to excellence in patient care.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Administer direct patient care in accordance with medical standards and facility protocols
• Utilize PointClickCare for timely and accurate patient documentation
• Provide care to residents requiring immediate medical attention
• Perform tasks in alignment with our respiratory program protocols
• Administer prescribed respiratory therapies (e.g., flutter valve, incentive spirometer)
• Maintain a high standard of patient safety and care quality
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals for comprehensive treatment
• Maintain and manage oxygen equipment and supply inventory
• Complete assigned clinical audits and ensure compliance with care standards
• Demonstrate strong time management and the ability to work self-directed

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Solid understanding of patient care standards and clinical protocols
• Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Education & Experience

• RN license in good standing (required)
• Previous experience in long-term care (required)
