RN – Telemetry Float Pool (Nights)

Are you an experienced RN ready to float across high-acuity hospital units and deliver exceptional patient care? We're seeking a dedicated Telemetry RN (Float Pool) to join a leading hospital system in Mission Viejo, CA. If you're a flexible team player with strong critical care experience, this is your opportunity to make a broad impact across multiple departments.

What You'll Do:

• Provide telemetry-focused nursing care to a variety of units (ICU step-down, med-surg, telemetry).
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and vital signs.
• Administer medications and perform nursing interventions as needed.
• Document patient status and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Float to units based on patient needs across the hospital.

What We're Looking For:

• Valid California RN license (active and in good standing)
• BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA)
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Critical Care or Telemetry
• Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced, high-acuity settings
• Strong clinical judgment and team collaboration skills
