24-Hour Medical Staffing Services, LLC is hiring an experienced Registered Nurse Telemetry to join our growing team of healthcare professionals .

JOB OVERVIEW:

• Start Date: 1/6/2025
• Shift Length: 3x12 Hour, 36 hours a week
• Shift: 07:00 - 19:30
• Pay: $2,300 - $2,600 per week
• Type of Assignment: Contract
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Work Location: Bakersfield, CA

Description:

• Minimum of 2-years recent Telemetry experience in an acute care hospital
• Must have travel experience
• Tele: Pt's on tele monitored remotely by 4W monitor station/techs (Typically 10-12 monitored patients on the unit at a time). The RN is required to document the rate and rhythm. The charge RN interprets the rhythm. RNs for this unit will be expected to have Basic Arrhythmia Skills.
• Types of patients: Designated COVID unit/cardiac tele unit. Non-diagnostic cath lab patients. Cardiac Drips required.
• EMR System: Cerner required
• Ratios: 5:1 MedSurg, 4:1 Telemetry
• Required Certs: Valid License in the state of California, ACLS, BLS
